Q How long is my formula good for once it is mixed with water?
A Blends without protein (SPEED, JET FUEL, TEMPO, HYDRATE) are good for up to 2 weeks when mixed and immediately stored in the refrigerator.
Blends with protein (GO FAR, REPAIR, NOCTURNE, JAVI, COLD BREW) are good for 1-2 days when mixed and immediately stored in the refrigerator.
