Q How much protein do I need after a workout?

A Research indicates that 15-20 grams of protein post workout should be sufficient for most athletes to start the necessary muscle recovery process after workouts.

This amount may be higher for certain individuals who have more lean body mass and/or are specifically trying to gain (vs. maintain) lean muscle mass.
