Why don’t I see my past orders in my account?

As part of our move to our new website, previous order history from our old site was not transferred into customer accounts on the new platform.

That means if you’re logging in for the first time on the new site, your Orders page may appear blank until you place a new order there.

We know many of our longtime customers use order history to help with reordering, and we understand that this may be frustrating. The good news is that your account is still active, and our team is happy to help you find what you previously ordered and point you in the right direction.

If you need help identifying a past formula or product, please contact our support team and include any details you remember, such as:

  • The approximate order date

  • The product or Formula name(s)

  • The email address used on the order

  • Any flavor or formula details you recall
