How long does it take to receive my order?

Q How long does it take to receive my order? A Custom blends typically will ship out in 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed, and will typically take 1-5 business days to arrive once shipped (depending on location). During peak season and sales, order may take up to 5-7 business days from the date the order is placed. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Q Do you offer expedited shipping? A Yes we do! We offer 2 day and overnight shipping. PLEASE NOTE: Orders are typically processed by 9 am ET Monday through Friday and any order received after this time will likely be processed the following business day. For example: If you place an order at 10:00 am ET on Wednesday with 2 day shipping, it will not process until Thursday morning and likely won’t arrive until Monday as we cannot guarantee weekend delivery. If you’re placing a 2 day order Wednesday morning or an overnight order Thursday morning with the hopes of receiving it by that same weekend, please make sure to contact us directly and we will do our best to try and get your order out that same day. Q What shipping methods do you offer? A We are proud to offer FedEx and UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping standard with any order. We also offer UPS Second Day and Next Day Air shipping for expedited orders.
